N2 - Recently, there are many trials to provide robot-services in real space such as commercial facilities, public facilities, and medical facilities. In addition, it has become relatively easy to obtain software and hardware components to develop robot-services. However, robot-service system developers in order to build and operate, it is necessary to have a great deal of knowledge of robotics and IT-technologies. So, we are researching and developing CRSP (Cloud-based Robot Service Platform), that is designed for non-professional of robotics. It is meaningful also for experts of AI field and researchers who want to verify the research results of AI using robots, not only non-professional of robotics. The goals of CRSP are to provide the robot service platform as followings; (1) To provide interoperability for multiple kinds of robots, services and platforms via the network. (2) To provide enough functional components to build robot services on the middleware layer. (3) To provide a foundation of the upper service layer for practical system implementations. In this paper, focusing above point (3), we developed a distributed questionnaires' service system, with the aim of applying to the marketing research of tourist site and visitors of exhibition. In addition, we report the evaluation experiments using our prototype system of stamp rally and questionnaire service in International Robot Exhibition 2015 held on Tokyo Big Sight. Through these, we verify the usefulness of CRSP as a foundation of robot service developments for non-professional of robotics.
