Abstract

Validity of the fuzzy adaptive variable blank holder force (BHF) control deep drawing system to frictional change in the process has been studied for steel sheet. The circular-cup deep-drawing experiment has been carried out using steel sheet (SPCD) with high anisotropy ( ~ 1 . 5 7 )T. o change the lubrication condition, the partial lubrication method was adopted using fluorine lubricant. The friction coefficient was evaluated by the plastic deformation model. It is confirmed for steel sheet that the BHF was properly controlled corresponding to friction change at the flange part.
