N2 - We studied irradiation effects of keV-order electron beam irradiation on various types of glasses by means of cathodoluminescence (CL). The CL measurements were performed under electron-beam irradiation using a scanning electron microscope as an electron beam source. Generation of oxygen deficient centers and nonbriding oxygen hole centers were confirmed by the measurements of CL spectra. Generation and annihilation process and/or charging process were observed by time response of the CL and current measurements.
