Abstract
We developed game systems combining an EEG (β/α ratio)-based brain-computer interface and mixed reality technology. We reported development and experimental evaluation of a shooting game in which users try to hit targets placed in the mixed reality space with the bullets operated by hand gesture and concentration. We also reported development of a fighting game in which the beta/alpha ratios decide offensive power in the game. In this study, we discussed the results of the experimental evaluation for the shooting game from the view point of cognitive science, and then we report experimental evaluation of the fighting game.
