Abstract
Novel 2D sheet structures have been found in supramolecular crystals based on the hydrogen-bonded complexes of C-methylcalix[4]resorcinarene and bis(pyridyl) compounds. The crystals with layered sheets were obtained from solutions only by slow evaporation at 60°C. The origin for the temperature effect is discussed.
