Abstract

In this study, the constitutive model of blood vessels was formulated and the significant changes of pressure-diameter relations, stress distributions and opening angle under activation were simulated. The results showed that a dose such as the concentration of norepinephrine was more appropriate as an activation parameter compared with the activation model.
