Abstract

When disasters occur in Japan, disaster prevention radio system is prepared as a method of communicating disaster information by municipalities. However, especially in the case of large-scale disaster, it may not be used due to collapse, breakage, battery exhaustion, etc. We have proposed a disaster information communication system using unmanned aerial vehicles such as drone as a message ferry for one means of information delivery in this situation. In this paper, we evaluate the performance in the case of message ferry altitude is changed higher than the previous ones by simulation.
