Abstract

Pneumatic micro dispenser system that is able to be operated manually and easily was developed. The pressurization and decompression switchable micropump chip, the PDMS sampling chip, and the 10-directional switching valve chip as the component of this system were developed successfully. Moreover, this system assembled with these active chips can divide liquid every 0.5μL without any dead volume only by rotating the disk manually. This system can be reused only by replacing the sampling chip where the sample flows. Since these chips except the sampling chip was fabricated by our original "hybrid microstereolithography", the micro assembling and bonding are not needed.
