Abstract

We will use air conditioning to improve the quality of sleep as a summer sleep measure, but when using air conditioning at night, there are concerns about adverse effects such as poor health, so air conditioning control that does not affect people is necessary. The purpose of this study is to investigate the thermal environment caused by good sleep and to construct a comfortable sleep environment. We compared the individual air conditioning (indoor air conditioning) that allows rapid temperature changes with the air conditioning in the entire room using a total heat exchange ventilation system, and investigated the influence on sleep.
