Abstract

This paper proposes that the progress investigation method of a Ishikawa mixing and grinding machine using the signal processing of sound emitted from the machine. Each obtained sound data in regular intervals is converted to the small size data. To estimate state changes while making peanut cream using the process machine, the proposed method was applied. As a result, the progress was estimated successfully.
