The traffic safety self-learning system on the internet and its effectiveness

Abstract

Experimental subjects comprising 27 male and female drivers were shown car accidents and near-miss accidents Drive-Recorder (DR) video images to recognize the important points to avoid accidents. From the results, we concluded that driving behavior and safety awareness of drivers changed to better and safer manners. The subjects showed positive results in their safe driving and safety awareness after viewing the DR video images.
