Research output: Contribution to conferencePaperpeer-review

Abstract

The exciton fine structures were calculated by using the Luttinger-Hamiltonian. The aim was to take into account the coupling between the heavy hole and the light hole bands and including both of the long-range and the short-range exchange interactions. The resultant data was analyzed in detail.
