N2 - DTN (Delay and Disruption Tolerant Network) is expected to be more effective for such areas that telecommunication infrastructure are heavily damaged by a huge earthquake and tsunami, because it can be applied to worse circumstances that communication delays and disruptions occur. This paper proposes the method that decreases the number of messages in DTN by using positional information and clarifies its effectiveness by evaluating a message arrival rate and a total number of all messages.
