N2 - Generalized Bilinear Transformation (GBT) is an existing digital redesign method which has been proposed to deal with comparatively large sampling period, but it tends to result in large overshoot and other unsatisfactory performance. In this paper, we aim to deal with the overshoot problem by introducing piecewise or multiple discretization parameters in GBT, and show effectiveness of the proposed method by two simulation examples.
