N2 - Using the heat load calculation program (LESCOM) developed by the authors, we conducted a thermal load simulation using the weather data of the recent Japan Meteorological Agency in Tokyo for 60 years, captured the annual heating load, the instantaneous peak load, and predicted the heating and cooling load in the near future. The results are stated as follows 1. The annual cooling load tends to decrease in Tokyo, from 1960 to 1969, and since 1972 to 2019, there is an increasing trend. 2. The annual heating load has tended to decrease in 1960 to 2019 in Tokyo.
