Subjective experiments were conducted using a task conditioning (TC) system to determine the feasibility of simultaneously satisfying the requirements of energy conservation and improved individual comfort. We saw subject as sales people who had just returned to the office building from the outdoors in summer. They were supplied with local air flow from the ceiling. We considered the effects of local air flow around them. The experiment was conducted by three conditions (CASE1, CASE2, CASE3). According to the definitive vote for thermal environmental sensation ,the system in CASE2 and CASE3 received almost the same popularity; further, it was found that more male subjects than female subjects supported the system in CASE3.
