N2 - Map data for evacuation guidance can't be used when a disaster occurred. In this study, research purposes are making alternative map data using GPS of disaster victims' cellular phone and finding evacuation route. The researches are how to make the alternative map data and evaluate route. In this work, the routes obtained by GPS are divided onto evacuation areas, temporary shelters, intersection, fork, meeting place. Evacuation routes are decided by evacuation time, evacuation distance, evacuation speed and traffic record.
