N2 - The aim of this study is to improve the SI-SIR model as a predictive mathematical model for a spreading disease with the metapopulation mobility and climate change as main factors. In the previous study, we focused on the mosquito change depending on seasonal climate change, such as temperature and humidity. However, the transmission of the disease through a bite and the transporter mobility can be also important factors. Thus, we focused on the mobility of the population for both human and mosquitoes as a cause of the disease spreading. Rwanda, Uganda and Republic Democratic of Congo are neighbor countries and were selected in this study as a case study for the mobility of the population with the information provided by the migration of Rwanda. Population migration among these countries was statistically generated and applied to the SI-SIR model with the combination of the climate change analysis.
