N2 - One-dimensional Fibonacci metallic superlattices of Cu/Mo and Cu/Ni have been synthesized successfully by the molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) method. Satellite peaks which result from the quasiperiodic structure were observed in the X-ray diffraction patterns of Cu/Mo and Cu/Ni superlattices.
