In this study, highly oriented collagen structures were successfully synthesized using a conventional superconducting magnet with magnetic field intensities of 2.5 to 8 T. The relationship between the orientation order parameters f20 of osteoblasts cells (that is, the orientation of collagens) and the magnetic field intensity was mainly investigated. As a result, it was clarified that collagens highly oriented perpendicular to the magnetic field direction were obtained by exposure to a magnetic field intensity of 3.0 T.
