Influence of work environment on performance of workers in office for creative work

A survey was conducted in office which has characteristic open-spaces etc. The purpose of this paper is to discover a space which office workers require. "A hundred squares calculation" and "word association" were used to grasp influence of difference in the work environment on office workers in an evenhanded fashion. At the same time, a questionnaire survey was conducted. A person who feels likability and satisfaction to office environment tended to elevate his motivation for the task in the paper. And the relationship between motivation and performance was shown in this paper. The improvement of the work environment can possibly influence performance of office tasks.
