Magnetic anisotropy was investigated by magnetic torque measurements for the layered High Tc superconducting system Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O with interlayer modification such as La substituted Bi2Sr2CuO6+δ(Bi2201) (Tc=28K), zinc-phthalocyanine(ZnPc)-intercalated Bi2Sr2CuO6+δ(Bi2212)(Tc=57K) and oxygen controlled Bi2212(Tc=57~86 K). Magnetic anisotropy is much affected by the interlayer coupling. The boundary of the dimensional crossover of the vortex lattice shifts toward higher field with increasing the interlayer coupling. The irreversible region becomes narrow by decreasing the interlayer coupling.
