抄録

Pine cone is the surface produced by fracture along P-segregated martensite/austenite interfaces which form at prior austenitic grain boundaries and is caused by reverted austenite at the grain boundaries. Intercritical tempering promotes austenite formation thereby enhances the irregularity of the grain boundary and reduces the fraction of intergranular fracture. The retained austenite at the grain boundaries transforms to martensite during fracture.
