UNISEC is a Non-Profit Organization that aims at development of human resource and technology through supporting student activities to design, fabricate, launch and operate satellites and rockets. This paper describes the features and organizational structure of UNISEC, and then discusses the future prospects of UNISEC's contribution to society beyond the space engineering community. The intent of UNISEC is for universities to become one of the key players in space development, and it is expected that similar organizations will be formed in many other areas of the world. UNISEC one day hopes to collaborate with these sister organizations. Education is equal to creation. UNISEC will contribute to the creation of unique paths to space development through education.
