N2 - This paper proposes a vehicle-to-everything (V2X) network design method that considers the dynamic users' mobility and roads information such as their topology. In our previous study, location-based peer-to-peer network with an adaptive search area configuration was proposed to realize a V2X surrounding traffic monitoring system for traffic safety. However, since every user node (peer) tends to connect to its neighbor peers that are selected based on the Euclidean distance without considering the road network topology, some peers are too far with the distance along the road. In this paper, we suggest a new peer search method to consider the distance along the road by using the digital road map, which provides the road network topology. Simulation results show that the proposed method enables peers to search neighbor peers' information efficiently to consider the distance along the road.
