abstract = "We succeeded in automatic removing of zona pellucida (ZP) of swine oocyte using 2DOF magnetically driven mi-crotool (MMT) in microfluidic chip with vision sensing and position control. The MMT can manipulate oocytes, and it can generate approximately 1 mN force in a disposable microfluidic chip made by photolithography fabrication. We succeeded in accurate and stable manipulation of oocyte and continuous removing of the ZP. Our approach has strong advantages over the conventional manual manipulation of removing one by one with pipetting.",
